Fire Safety

Friday was Fire Safety Day at BB. Our students were reminded to create a fire exit plan with their family, change smoke detector batteries and were given many more safety tips. They also had the opportunity to explore the fire equipment and trucks. Thank you to all of our firemen and women who work to keep us safe everyday.

The kids look adorable in their firemen hat! Teaching the kids about fire safety is a great idea, especially since they are still in their formative years and are still very easy to influence. By teaching kids these things at an early age, you are ingraining in them the importance of reacting properly to a fire and keeping calm all throughout the situation. That is an invaluable experience that they will cherish for years and years to come.
